  • Minimum liability limits are $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 annual aggregate.
  • The operation of the leased property has bodily injury and property damage liability limits of $750,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 annual aggregate
  • IFLEET LLC, 258 Patricia Ln, East Dundee, IL 60118,must be named as Additional Insured for Liability and Loss Payee for Physical Damage.

Authorization and Consent:

The information in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I hereby authorize IFLEET LLC, its agents, and representatives to conduct a comprehensive review of my background to generate a consumer report and/or an investigative consumer report for rental application or purchasing purposes. This report may include, but is not limited to, verification of social security number, credit reports, residences, employment history, education background, character references, civil and criminal history records, driving records, and other public records. I authorize the release of information pertaining to me by any individual, company, firm, corporation, or public agency IFLEET LLC. All information obtained will be kept confidential to protect the applicant's personal information.

By accepting the terms and conditions during the trailer application process, you electronically signed and provided written consent to these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
